HOME The Administrator Portal gives district users a collection of tools not matched in the industry. Nearly every option can be customized — from the colors of text and backgrounds, to header images and button styles, to selecting required, optional, or do not ask for each built-in question. The entire Portal can also be configured to look just like the district's main website!

Each district user is assigned a security level that dictates which features he/she can access and whether Social Security Numbers can be viewed.

Each admin user receives a unique password-protected account. Login times and select activity is recorded for future reference.

The Portal Director (highest level of access) can view all users currently using the system and can create/edit other admin users.

The least level of access (Supervisor) allows the user to search for applicants using the built-in search engines.
