K12personnel.com was created to address the hiring requirements surrounding No Child Left Behind. Specifically, schools were charged with ensuring highly qualified teachers and paraprofessionals were leading instruction, and the districts needed help sorting out the candidates.
After more than a decade of designing effective Internet software for the healthcare industry, our developers were asked to create an online employment application portal to attract and screen highly qualified teachers.
The School Jobs Portal was born at a rural Georgia school district. The rest, as they say, is history.
Within a few days of inaugurating the first district's online application system, another school system contacted us for the same. Then another and another. The K12personnel division was officially created on January 1, 2006, with a dedicated staff to serve and support the public and private education sector.
